MANAGEMENT POLICY

The Management Policy is based on the following principles, and for this purpose the Management has undertaken to:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations relating to quality and environmental processes, applying legal compliance to the activities carried out by the company and to the requirements established by our customers, even beyond the legal minimum requirements whenever economically and technologically feasible.
• Establish the necessary means to communicate and explain to employees the content of the Policy, programmes and objectives of the company. Promote training and awareness actions aimed at improving employee performance within the organisation and ensuring their involvement in achieving the established objectives and targets.
• Periodically establish programmes, objectives and targets that guarantee compliance with the requirements of this policy and continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system.
• Continuous improvement shall be present in all processes, developing the corrective and preventive actions necessary to prevent the recurrence of both internal and external issues.

Management extends this commitment to all employees, as well as to those acting on its behalf, so that they comply with the guidelines of this policy, which shall be reviewed periodically in order to ensure that it remains appropriate to the organisation’s activities.
