VALENCIA BÉTERA PARK | 100,000 m² available - 4 Logistics Platforms

This state-of-the-art logistics park "Valencia Bétera Park" is 15 km from Valencia and is located next to the A7, which favors communication with the rest of the national territory as well as internationally.
It is located in an area belonging to the 1st logistic crown of Valencia and to the 1st dragging zone of the Port of Valencia, the main port in Europe in communication with Asia.

In terms of assets, there would be the possibility of building a leasable logistics platform of up to approximately 100,000 sqm.

With the satisfaction of the current demand in the logistics sector in mind, this project will consist of 4 logistics platforms. Three 25,000 sqm warehouses and one 20,000 sqm warehouse.

After the end of the works of this project, the "Logistic Park Manises" platform is now available.

This warehouse, built on a plot of 26,589 sqm and with a total built area of 19,075 sqm, is located in La Cova Industrial Estate in Manises, next to the junction of the A7 and the A3, and just a few minutes from the airport.

Its surface area distributed into 2 modules, 7,000 sqm and 12,000 sqm each, space that is divided as follows:

MODULE 1:

· Warehouse area in the ground floor: 5,904.17 sqm.
· Mezzanine in 1F: 577.78 sqm.
· Offices on GF: 188.06 sqm.
· Offices in 1F: 176.73 sqm.
